VisionAiry Heating & Cooling designs and installs high-performance heat pumps that deliver year-round comfort, energy efficiency, and healthy air. Founded by veteran HVAC expert David Daher, the company brings over 25 years of experience and a science-based, whole-home approach to every project. As a small, local, veteran-owned business, VisionAiry offers personalized service without call centers or department transfers. They are a Mitsubishi Preferred Dealer, providing cold-climate systems with a 12-year warranty and certified precision installation. Their focus on understanding home systems—including insulation, air sealing, and ventilation—ensures long-term HVAC performance.
How We Started
VisionAiry Heating & Cooling was founded by David Daher, a hands-on HVAC expert with more than 25 years of experience. David’s journey began in the Navy, followed by technical school and a seven-year career with the first company that hired him as a newly certified HVAC service technician.
On his very first day, he was accidentally assigned to the installation team. That experience showed him he had found his calling, and from that moment on, HVAC replacement became his passion.
In 2011, David launched his first company, Freedom Heating & Air Conditioning, which grew into a respected business with a strong team and earned him recognition on the Best of 40 Under 40 list. Wanting to do more than replace HVAC systems, he focused on transforming how homeowners experience comfort and enhancing the way they live every day.
After selling his company to a local competitor, David spent three years helping them strengthen and grow their reputation in the Minneapolis and St. Paul market, building lasting trust with homeowners across the region.
By 2023, David knew it was time to return to business ownership with a bigger vision: combining HVAC expertise with Home Performance (Building Science). Along with his wife, Andrea, he founded VisionAiry Heating & Cooling to provide smarter, more efficient heating and cooling solutions and a truly exceptional customer experience.
As a small, local, and veteran-owned business, David personally oversees every installation, ensuring a seamless, highly personalized process. There are no call centers or confusing department transfers. Instead, you get expert guidance from someone who genuinely cares about your home.
